2 crescent rolls
1/4 # pepperoni
1/4 # ham
1/4 # Swiss cheese
1/4 # Provolone cheese
1 jar red roasted peppers (drain) I get the ones in olive oil and garlic
3 eggs
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

In a 9x13 pan, open one can crescent rolls, pinch seams together to make bottom crust.
Layer meats and cheeses.
Put peppers (chop into pieces) over the meat and cheeses.
Beat eggs with Parmesan cheese and put almost all the egg mixture over the peppers.
Roll out the second can of crescent rolls (pinch together on waxed paper first) and place over egg mixture.
Pour remaining egg mixture over the top crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes or so.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
