1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup of diced onion
1 cup diced celery
2 tbsp butter
1-1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 (7 ounce) can of crabmeat, drained
2 (6 ounce) can shrimp, drained and rinse
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cups cooked rice
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup milk or half and half
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, stems and pieces drained
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup bread crumbs

Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter with pepper and seasoned salt.
Mix vegetables wiht crabmeat, shrimp, mayonnaise, rice, soup, milk or half and half, mushrooms and lemon juice.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Serves about 8.
