Sausage, Peppers & Potatoes

1 T. vegetable oil
1 lb Italian sausage
2 large green pepers, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced (3 cups)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/2 cup water

In 12 inch skillet, heat oil over medium/high, brown sausage.
Remove sausage cut into 1 inch chunks, set aside.
Reserve drippings, add peppers, onion soup mix and blend with water.
Bring to boil over high heat, then add potatoes and reduce heat to medium until almost done.
Then add sausage to skillet and cover until potatoes and sausages are done.
