River Jam

River Jam Ingredients


1 lb Italian hot sausage

4 - 5 medium potatoes

8 oz button mushrooms (fresh)

8 oz baby carrots

1 onion

1 - 2 ribs celery

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp Italian seasoning


River Jam Cooking Instructions


Roll Italian hot sausage into meatballs brown and partially drain.

Wash all vegetables, leave skins on potatoes and slice.

Leave mushrooms and carrots whole.

Cut onion and celery into bite size pieces.

Place all ingredients in small roaster, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

Be sure to remove bay leaf before serving.



Makes 4 servings.
