Rice Casserole

Rice Casserole Ingredients


1 stick margarine

1 can mushrooms

1 c. river brand rice

1 can beef consumme soup

1 can french onion soup


Rice Casserole Cooking Instructions


While oven is preheating to 350 degrees, let stick of margarine melt in a 2 qt casserole.

When melted remove from oven.

Add rice, consumme, french onion soup and mushrooms juice and all, stir, cover and bake 1 hour.

Garnish with fresh parsley or a little chopped chives.



Serves 4.
