Rice and Italian Sausage

1 roll hot or regular Italian Sausage

1 large onion, chopped

1 green pepper in thin strips

2-1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup uncooked rice

2 envelopes Lipton noodle soup

6 cups boiling water

Cook sausage until falls apart, drain.

Add onion, celery, pepper and rice.

Pour into 9x13 cake pan.

Add soup to boiling water, boil for only one minute.

Pour over other ingredients and mix well.

Cover lightly with foil

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
