1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil (I prefer 1/2 cup and can be EVOO)
5 cloves of garlic (crushed or finely chopped)
1 cup of cut up basil leaves
1/8 tsp fresh or dried oregano
2 cups of fresh chopped, crushed tomatoes
Optional: Cut up broccoli or cauliflower
1 medium onion, chopped or pull slices apart

Mix together all fresh vegetables, olive oil, marinate or steep raw sauce for 2 hours at least, or 4 hours.
Then cook pasta, I use linguini cooked al dente or 5-8 minutes (your choice) and cold rinse noodles.
When pasta is ready, put as much of raw sauce on linguini.
Sprinkle with diced or grated Parmesan.
