Raspberry Honey Steak

Raspberry Honey Steak Ingredients


1/2 cup Raspberry hazelnut vinaigrette by Wishbone OR Ken's Steakhouse Raspberry Pecan Dressing

1/4 cup of Ken's Steakhouse Honey Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

1/2 cup of thin sliced onion rings

1/2 cup of peanuts in halves

0.50 - 0.70 ounces of choice steak


Raspberry Honey Steak Cooking Instructions


Begin by pouring 1/2 cup of the Raspberry dressing into a small high-sided bowl with 1/4 cup of honey steak dressing.

You will then peel and slice the onion into thin rings and place them into the bowl with the dressing.

Shell the peanuts and take them apart into halves, and place them into the sauce.

Let that soak for about 20 minutes.



Meanwhile, run the steak under cold water while gently massaging it for about a minute.

Cut the steak into 1 inch pieces and take excess fat off the edges.

The steak should be put into a non-stick skillet filled with at least 1/2 inch of water.

Cook the steak on medium heat only until both sides of the 1 inch pieces are no longer pink. (This will only take a minute - flip the pieces for another minute, do not let the steak over cook.)



Now you can turn the heat down a bit and drain the water from the steak.

Scoop all of the sauce, peanut and onion mixture over the steak and stir until evenly covered.

Add a few dashes of black pepper and 1/2 tsp of salt and stir again.

Cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, it will bubble slightly.

Now serve it in a bit of the sauce, along with buttered rolls and green beans sauteed in butter with a bit of black pepper, and a dessert of Mandarin oranges (with or without cottage cheese.)
