1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1-1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 can tomato and rice soup
1 can water
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Shredded pizza cheese

Mix ground beef, uncooked rice, oregano, parsley, garlic powder and 1-1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
Shape into 8 patties.
Place in ungreased baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
Remove and drain any grease.
Combine soup, water and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
Pour over patties.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
