Pierogi Casserole Ingredients

1 lb. Sea Shells

8-10 Potatoes

1 lb. Butter

1-2 Onions, diced

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cut up

Pierogi Casserole Cooking Instructions

Peel & dice potatoes into small squares.

Cook until soft.

Cook sea shells until soft.

Drain both of them.

Saute' butter and onions in pan.

Place into crock pot in layers:

Butter & onions, shells, potatoes & cheese.

Doing this twice.

Cook on low for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.

Stir before serving.
