Pastasagna

Pastasagna Ingredients


24 oz of any pasta you like or a combination of any

1 lb ground beef

2 jars of pasta sauce

1 large container of ricotta cheese

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1-1/2 tsp salt

1-1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp garlic powder


Pastasagna Cooking Instructions


Brown meat until no longer pink.

Drain fat and add sauce.

Heat through.  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Mix ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese together.  Add eggs, pepper, parsley and garlic.  Mix well.

Using a roasting pan, start layering your mixtures.

Start with sauce then pasta, last cheese.

Repeat layers ending with meat sauce.  Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbling.



Serves: 12 - 14
