Michigan Casserole Ingredients

1 # browned, drained hamburg

1 medium onion, sliced

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 can corn, drained 

Michigan Casserole Cooking Instructions

In a casserole dish, layer potatoes, onion, corn and hamburg.

Add 1 cup water and 3 tbsp butter.

Season to taste.

Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
