Mexican Pasta Ole'

Mexican Pasta Ole' Ingredients


1 lb. ground beef



1/4 cup taco seasoning



2 cups water



1 - 15 oz. can diced tomatoes (you can also use can of Rotelle for a spicier option)



1 - 29 oz. can tomato sauce



1 - 15 oz. can whole kernel corn (undrained)



2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni



Shredded Colby Jack Cheese (desired amount)



Salt and pepper to taste


Mexican Pasta Ole' Cooking Instructions


Brown beef over medium heat, drain fat.



Add taco seasoning, water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn.  Bring to a boil.



Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low.  Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked through).  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Stir occasionally.



Remove from heat.  Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.



Servce once cheese is melted.
