Meatloaf Ingredients

1 lb hamburg

1 medium onion

1 egg

2 stocks celery

1-1/2 soft bread crumbs (1/2 cup if canned)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup ketchup

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp A-1 steak sauce


2 loaves bread (cut into cubes)

1 onion (diced or chopped)

2 or 3 stocks celery (chopped)

2 sticks melted butter

3 eggs (whipped)

Parsley to taste

Meatloaf Cooking Instructions

Mix all together and bake in 9x12 baking dish at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.


Mix all together.

Roll into balls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Stuffed Meatloaf:

Use meatloaf and filling from above.

Put layer of meatloaf, layer of filling, layer of meatloaf and can of cream of mushroom soup on top in a 9x12 baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
