Manicotti Ingredients


Manicotti (makes 5 crepes):



2 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup water

Pinch of salt



Filling:



1-1/2 ricotta cheese

1/2 mozzarella cheese

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

Manicotti Cooking Instructions


Mix eggs flour, water, and salt into thin batter.

Heat small fry pan, greased.

Fry like pancake, turning once, until light brown.

Stack and cool.

Fill each one with cheese filling; about 2 tbsp per shell.

Put in flat baking dish with Conzatti sauce on bottom, pour more sauce over top.

Cover with foil, bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Sprinkle extra grated cheese on top when serving.
