Low Fat Seafood Lasagna Roll Ups

6 Lasagna Noodles

1 (15-oz.) can Italian Tomato Sauce

Filling:

1 pkg. Crab Delight

1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese, drained

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Egg

1 T. Parsley Flakes

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Cook noodles and rinse in cold water.

Drain well.

Combine filling with fork.

Spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle.

Roll lightly.

Place seam down in 9" baking pan.

Pour sauce over roll ups.

Bake covered at 375° for 30 minutes.

Garnish with cheese.
