Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna Rolls Ingredients


16 oz lasagna noodles

16 oz ricotta cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup roman cheese

1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp parsley

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 eggs

1/2 lb ground beef

2 large jars of spaghetti sauce

2 to 3 pieces spaghetti noodle 

Additional shredded mozzarella 


Lasagna Rolls Cooking Instructions


Brown and drain ground beef.

Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Do not overcook, drain.

Combine cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic powder and eggs.

Lay one noodle out on counter.

Scoop 3 tbsp of cheese mixture and spread over entire noodle.

Sprinkle about 1 tbsp ground beef over noodle and cheese.

Roll up lasagna noodle and secure with 2 inch piece of spaghetti noodle.

In 9x13 pan spread small amount of sauce.

Place lasagna rolls in pan.

Cover with sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered with foil.

Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 10 additional minutes.
