Kolbassi Casserole

4 or 5 med. Potatoes, peeled & cut in chunks

1-1/2 lbs. Kolbassi, cut in chunks

1 large can Sauerkraut, washed & drained

2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup

In slow cooker layer ingredients in the order shown above.

Don't dilute the soup.

Cook for five hours on high

Twenty minutes before it's done, cover with 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Cover until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

Serve with a loaf of Crusty Italian bread.
