1-1/2 lbs. Fresh Tuna, cut into 2" chunks
6 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 can Anchovies in Oil
1 T. Fresh Flat Leaf Italian Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Combine mixture and tuna chunks in a Ziploc bag and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes.
Thread fish onto skewers and grill for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. (Depending on your grill).
You want to see nice grill marks on each of the sides.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Serves 6.
