Italian Cheddar Filled Meatloaf Roll Ingredients


1-1/2 pounds ground beef

1/2 pound ground pork

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

2 tbsp barbecue sauce

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp galric powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 tbsp milk

1 can (8oz) tomato sauce

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Italian Cheddar Filled Meatloaf Roll Cooking Instructions


Combine meat, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, eggs, salt, onion and garlic powder; mix well.

Pat mixture into 14x8 inch rectangle on waxed paper.

Combine cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, pepper and milk.

Pat cheese mixture over meat.

Roll up jelly roll fashion, beginning at narrow end.

Place in lightly greased baking pan.

Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 and 1/2 hours.



Serves 6 - 8.
