Hulushki:
1 medium head of cabbage
1 stick of margarine (Not light)
1 tsp salt
Dumplings:
2-1/2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup of 2% milk
1/2 cup of water

Hulushki:
Quarter head of cabbage and cut into small pieces or slices
Heat margarine in skillet until light brown
Add cabbase and salt
Cover and cook on medium heat
Add more margarine if needed
Stir often
Cook for about 40 minutes
Set aside until dumplings are cooked
Dumplings:
Bring 2 to 4 quarts of salted water to a rapid boil.
Beat eggs lightly, add milk and water
Add sifted flour and salt.
Put dough on a flat plate.
With a spoon, drop dumpling into boiling water
Return to boil and cook 5 to 8 minutes
Dreain and rinse with cold water.
Reheat cabbage and add dumplings
