Hawaiian Beef Burgers

Hawaiian Beef Burgers Ingredients


2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup salad oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp pepper

2 lbs ground beef

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp worchester sauce

16 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained

6 - 8 slices of bacon


Hawaiian Beef Burgers Cooking Instructions


Mix garlic, salad oil, soy sauce, ketchup , vinegar and pepper

Mix thoroughly meat, salt and worchester sauce

Shape into 6 to 8 patties, all depends on how big you like your burgers



Place patties in a glass dish

Pour oil mixture over patties

Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 35 minutes turning occasionally or you can marinate longer if you like



Remove paties from marinade

Wrap bacon slice around each patty and secure with toothpicks

Place patties on a rack in broiler pan

Set oven control at broil or 550 degrees

Broil 5 inches from heat 12 to 15 minutes, turning once or cook on hibachi over hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side



Could be served with scoops of brown or white rice and a salad tossed with green pepper rings.  Top it off with fresh fruit, cheese and oven crisped crackers however you like.
