Hamburger Stuffing Balls

2 lbs of ground beef

2 boxes of stuffing mix, made as directed

1-1/2 cups rice, minute

2 jars of beef gravy

Take hamburger and spread on paper towel

Flaten as much as you can on table

Add stuffing and rice together

Put the mix into the middle of the hamburger and put hamburger around the stuffing mix

Put into a pan then cover with gravy mix and put in over at 350 degrees until done

Make mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese as a side.
