Glazed Pork Roast

Glazed Pork Roast Ingredients

1-1/2 to 2 lb. pork loin or roast

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/4 tsp. ground pepper

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. rosemary

1/4 cup of apricot jam or any variation (peach & apricot is great too)

Glazed Pork Roast Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place pork in a non-stick brownie pan (with a foil cover) or wrap in foil pouch, putting all ingredients on top.

Cook for 45 mins - then uncover for 15 minutes for glaze to form.

Uncover/unrap and let rest for another 15 minutes.   Enjoy!
