Fish Foil Packets on the Grill Ingredients


Cooking Spray

Reynolds Aluminum Foil Grill Packets

4 (6-oz.) Cod or Haddock Fillets

1 bunch Asparagus, cut

1 ctn. Small Button Mushrooms

2 Zucchini, sliced in chunks

1 Green Pepper, cut in chunks

1 ctn. Grape Tomatoes

4 sm. Red Potatoes, cut in chunks

Old Bay Seasoning

Salt and Pepper

4 T. Butter

2 Lemons, sliced


Fish Foil Packets on the Grill Cooking Instructions


Preheat your grill medium-high heat, spray aluminum foil with cooking spray.

Layer asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers and potatoes evenly in the foil packets (or you can use heavy duty aluminum foil), season well with salt and pepper.

Place a fillet on top of each bed of vegetables, season liberally with old bay seasoning

Cover with slices of lemon and place 1 tablespoon of butter on top.

Close grill packet or tent your piece of aluminum foil and close so that air can flow around and steam.

Grill for 12 minutes.



Perfect for kids, an individual meal for them.

My kids love it especially in summer time, easy clean up and healthy!
