6 (3-oz.) slices Round Steak, tenderized
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
1 cup Rice, cooked
1 med. Onion
1/2 stick Butter
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Salt

Slice half of onion and saute' in butter in electric skillet until golden brown.
Cook rice in water till tender and drain.
Mix pork, salt, pepper & the other 1/2 onion.
Saute' in butter and blend well.
Divide into six portions.
Place a portion on each slice of steak & roll up and hold together with tooth picks.
Place in electric skillet & simmer gently until done.
When meat is done, remove.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to drippings for gravy.
Cook until thick & season to taste.
Serve steak with sweet potato puffs and fresh string beans cooked.
