1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1-1/3 cups 8 oz can sliced mushrooms with liquid
2-1/2 cups of water
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 cups of San Giorgia Rotelle (uncooked)
1/2 cups of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender (but not brown.)
Add mushrooms with liquid, water and bouillon cubes.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in uncooked Rotelle.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer; 15 minutes or until tender.
Stir in parsley, salt and pepper
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
