Easy Pierogie Casserole  Ingredients


2 packs instant potatoes

1 bag of egg noodles

Butter

Spices

Cheese

Onion (optional)


Easy Pierogie Casserole  Cooking Instructions


Make potatoes as directed on box.

With spoon or fork; mix in potatoes, some cheese, spices or some onion.

Spread potato mixture in an ungreased 13x9x2 pan.

Cook noodles as directed.

Place noodles on top of potatoes.

Tp noodles with pads of butter.

Other options: velveeta, parsley, salt, pepper, and crushed pepper.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.

Refrigerate leftovers.

Cut recipe in 1/2 for a smaller amount.
