1 to 1-1/2 lb kielbasa (I prefer the skinless, extra tender)
Lasagna noodles
Conzatti's Provolone cheese (sliced or piece)
Conzatti's spaghetti sauce
Conzatti's grated Parmesan or Peccorino cheese

Parboil the kielbasa briefly to remove excess grease.
In separate pan, parboil the lasagna noodles to "al dente."
Drain both and allow both to cool enough to handle.
Cut the kielbasa in pieces almost the width of the lasagna noodles.
Cut slit in top of each piece of kielbasa.
Stuff 1 folded slice of cheese (or a small wedge of cheese) into each slit.
Roll/wrap each piece stuffed kielbasa in one lasagna noodle.
Spread approx. 1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish/pan.
Place each wrapped kielbasa piece (seam side down) in pan.
Cover all with more spaghetti sauce.
Cover with foil and bake approx. 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
If desired, uncover and sprinkle with Conzatti's Parmesan or Peccorino cheese and bake until cheese begins to melt.
