Conzatti's Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb package fettuccini noodles, parboil noodles to "al dente"
1 medium zucchini, sliced, small cubed or shredded (your preference)
1 large can mushrooms (drained)
1 lb Conzatti's Provolone or Mozzarella cheese (sliced or grated)
Conzatti's Parmesan cheese

Spread half spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Spread half of noodles over sauce.
Layer zucchini, cheese and mushrooms.
Cover with remaining noodles.
Spread remaining sauce over top of noodles.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
