2 loafs of frozen bread, thawed
3 lbs Italian Sausage, fried and drained (I use 1/3 sausage and 2/3 hamburger)
3/4 lb mozzarella cheese
Romano cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Divide each loaf into 5 equal portions
Pat out a portion of the dough on a small plate until it is the size of the plate
Place 1/10 of the meat mixture in the middle of the dough
Sprinkle heavy with Romano cheese
Add a handful of mozzarella cheese
Fold dough over mixture and seal edges
Place seam down on greased baking sheet
Repeat to make 10
Bake at 350 degrees or 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown
Smooth with spaghetti sauce
Can be made the day before company and kept in the refrigerator until ready for company
