2 lb ground beef
2 chopped onion
1 qt water
2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp vinegar
1 bay leaf
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 salt
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Combine and simmer 2 lb ground beef, 2 chopped onions and 1 qt of water for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered for 2-3 hours until thickened.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve over cooked thin spaghetti topped with grated cheddar cheese, chopped onions, or kidney beans.
