Chipped Beef and Noodle Casserole

Chipped Beef and Noodle Casserole Ingredients


8 oz noodles, medium

3 tbsp margarine

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 cans mushroom soup

2 cup milk

1/8 tsp pepper

8 oz chipped beef

Bread crumbs


Chipped Beef and Noodle Casserole Cooking Instructions


Cook noodles as for baking, rinse and drain.

Melt margarine.

Stir in onion.

Cook over low heat 5 minutes.  

Stir in soup, milk and pepper.

Heat thoroughly.

Cut chipped beef in pieces and stir in sauce.

Add noodles.

Put mixture into greased 2 qt casserole.

Put bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
