1-1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 frying chicken cut up OR
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of water
Spread rice in 9x13 pan, greased with oil.
Salt and pepper each piece of chicken and lay on rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
Combine soup and water and pour over chicken.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake another 15 to 30 minutes.
May need to add more water if rice is dry.
