2 10oz packages of frozen broccoli spears
1/4 cup butter/margarine
6 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cups whipping cream
3 chicken breast halved and cooked
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp dry white wine

Cook broccoli and drain, melt butter, blend in flour, 1/2 tsp salt and dash of pepper.
Add chicken broth slowly, stir as you add the broth.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and it bubbles.
Stir in cream and wine (chicken broth can be substituted for wine).
Put broccoli crosswise in 13x9 or 12x7 baking dish.
Pour 1/2 the sauce over the broccoli.
Top with chicken.
Add cheese to remaining sauce, pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
Then broil until sauce is golden; about 5 minutes.
Serve alone or on a bed of rice or noodles.
