Chicken and Corn Mini Pies Ingredients


1 (3-oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese

2 T. Mayonnaise

3/4 cup Cooked Chicken, chopped

1 can Corn, Mexican or plain

1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped

1 can Biscuits


Chicken and Corn Mini Pies Cooking Instructions


Grease muffin tins.

Blend cream cheese and mayo until smooth.

Stir in chicken, corn, cheese and onion.

Separate biscuit dough into 10 pieces; separate each biscuit into two parts.

Place one piece in bottom of each muffin tin, press to cover up sides and to make a small rim.

Spoon chicken filling into each cup and top with second piece of biscuit dough.

Press edges together to seal.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
