1/2 lb. Bacon
1 lb. Sausage, loose
1 med. Onion, chopped
1 med. Green Pepper, chopped
1 (12-oz.) pkg. Hash Brown, frozen
4 Eggs, beaten
3 cups Milk
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

Fry bacon crisp, brown sausage and drain.
Add onion, green pepper and crumbled bacon, mix.
Add thawed hash browns and mix 1 cup grated cheese.
In another bowl beat the 4 eggs.
Add 1 cup Bisquick and mix.
Add 3 cups milk.
Stir well.
Pour milk mixture over sausage mixture.
Refrigerate over night.
Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole.
Top with 1 cup grated cheese.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
This is a good recipe if you have guests.
It's mixed the day before and all you have to do is bake it the next day.
Either have it for breakfast or later for brunch.
