Bowties & Tomatoes With Fresh Mozzerella Ingredients


1 Lb. Bow Tie Noodles
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic {whole}
3 Cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes cut in half
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
8 oz. Fresh mozzerella, cubed


Bowties & Tomatoes With Fresh Mozzerella Cooking Instructions


Heat oil in large skillet, add garlic and saute until lightly browned, being careful not to burn.



Add tomatoes and cook on medium heat until tomatoes are slightly cooked, about 15 minutes.



Add cooked pasta and basil, Toss in cheese and heat on low until cheese is slightly melted.
