Bourbon orange glazed ham Ingredients

3/4 cup orange marmalade1/4 cup maple syrup1/4 cup dijon mustard1/4 cup bourbon2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 tsp ground gingerSalt and pepper to raste1 bone-in half ham 6 - 10 lb 

Bourbon orange glazed ham Cooking Instructions

Move oven rack to lower third portion of oven and preheat to 325 degreesLine bottom of roasting pan with foil for easy clean upIn a mixing bowl add orange marmalade, maple syrup, dijon mustard, bourbon lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepperWhisk to combinePlace ham in roasting pan flat side downScore ham with criss cross patternBrush with 1/2 cup of the glazeCover ham loosely with foilBake 2 - 2 1/2 hrs until thermometer registers 125- 130 degreesRemove pan and take off foilIncrease oven to 425 degreesBrush 6 tablespoons glaze over ham and bake 20 min., brushing ham with additional 6 tablespoons glaze every 6 - 7 minYou'll be brushing the ham with glaze approximately 3 times during this stepRemove from oven and place on large cutting boardTent with foil and let ham rest 20 min before slicing
