Bourbon-glazed salmon Ingredients

3 Tbsp. brown sugar3 Tbsp. Bourbon2 Tbsp. Soy sauce1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger1 Tbsp. Lime juice3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 tsp. Pepper4 (6 oz.)  Salmon fillets1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion1 Tbsp. Sesame seed, toasted 

Bourbon-glazed salmon Cooking Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add salmon to bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours turning occasionallyHeat a  large non- stick skillet to med- high heat. Coat with cooking sprayAdd salmon and marinade to pan; cook 4 min. on each side till salmon flakes easilyPlace on plate and drizzle with sauceSprinkle with green onion and sasame seed
