6 lb chuck roast, boneless
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small ketchup bottle
3 tbsp barbecue sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp tobasco sauce, optional
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1-1/2 cups water

Cut meat into 5 or 6 pieces
Mix all ingredients
Put in 300 degree oven for 6 hours
Remove fat
When cool, shred meat with a fork
Can be made ahead and/or frozen
