Baked Fish with Mustard and Herb Merinade

Baked Fish with Mustard and Herb Merinade Ingredients


1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar

1/4 cpu olive oil

1/8 cup Dijon smooth mustard

1/8 cup whole  grain Dijon mustard

1 tbsp dry dill

1 tsp pepper

1 to 1-1/2 pound haddock or hake fish


Baked Fish with Mustard and Herb Merinade Cooking Instructions


In a large bowl mix well all the ingredients except the fish.

Pour into a container you can marinate in.

Marinate at least 3 hours in refrigerator.

You can also marinate over night as long as you keep refrigerated.

Turn fish several times during the marinating process.

Bake in shallow pan at 450 degree oven for 7 - 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily.
