Pizza Dough:
6 cup flour
1 package yeast
2-1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Pizza Filling:
1 big bag chopped frozen spinach or swiss chard
3 cloves garlic, minced
Parsley
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan)
1/2 cup provolone, grated
1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
1 can black olives cut in half

Pizza Dough:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, oil, and sugar till foamy.
Add rest of ingredients and mix very well.
Allow to raise until doubled.
Split in 2 parts.
This will make 1 pizza plus double crust you will need for Greens Pie.
Pizza Filling:
Fry greens with garlic till moisture is gone.
Add to bowl and mix in rest of ingredients.
Roll out 1/2 dough in one pan. Place all filling on dough.
Roll out second half and top filling.
Roll edge under to seal.
Brush oil on top and sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees, 40-45 minutes or till browned (not too dark.)
