spiced Indian walnuts Ingredients


2 egg whites, beaten



1 1/2 tsp. Curry powder



1 tablespoon ground cumin



1 1/2 tsp. Salt



1/2 tsp sugar



4 cups walnut halves and pieces

spiced Indian walnuts Cooking Instructions


preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large shallow baking pan with non stick spray. Mix egg whites with curry powder, cumin, salt and sugar. Stir in the walnuts and coat thoroughly. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 15 - 18 min till dry and crisp. Cool before serving.
