2 Cups Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Super Fine Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1 (1/4 oz.) Env. unflavored gelatin
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla

In small saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over low heat until warm but not hot. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. In another small saucepan, add water and unflavored gelatin; soften. Bring to boil. Stir to dissolve the gelatin. Remove from heat. Blend into the cream mixture.
In another large bowl, mix sour cream and vanilla together until smooth. Slowly pour in the cream/gelatin mixture. Whisk until smooth. Pour into an ungreased 4 quart mold. Cover and refridgerate over night.
Berries Brand Marnier
1/4 Cup Grand Marnier, or other favorite liquor
1 pint Fresh Berries
Mix together and macerate 30 minutes. Serve with Vanilla Crea.
