Turtle Cake

1 box of German chocolate
Cake mix
2 stick of oleo (soft)
1 can of milk
1 lb caramel
1 cup of chopped walnuts
Mix cake as directed on box
Split batter in half
Set half aside
With the other half add 1 stick of oleo and half can of milk.
Pour into 13 x 9" greased pan
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
While cake is baking melt caramel
Mix in the rest of oleo and milk
Pour caramel mixture on top of hot cake
Pour other half of cake mix on top of caramel mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
Enjoy
