Tea Time Tassies

1 3oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
Nut Filling:
1 tab butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 walnuts, chopped

Soften butter and cream cheese, room temp.
Blend together with hands.
Stir in flour.
Chill 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Press into pans (Small cupcake pans.)
Nut Filling:
Beat egg, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla.
Add chopped nuts.
Place 1 tsp filling into cups.
Do not over fill, they will stick to the pan.
Bake at 325 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
