Snickerdoodle cheesecake bars Ingredients

Cheesecake layer2 blocks cream cheese, softened1/2 cup sugar2 eggs1/2tsp. VanillaPinch of saltFor the snickerdoodle layer2 1/4  c. Flour1/2 tsp. Baking soda1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 1/2 sticks butter, melted1 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanillaCinnamon sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x13 pan with cooking sprayCheesecake layerIn a large bowl beat cream cheese an dugar till fluffyAdd eggs, vanilla and salt untill combinedSnickerdoodle layerWhisk together flour, soda, cinnamon and saltIn a large bowl beat butter and sugars until pale and fluffyAdd eggs and vanillaGradually add flour mixture and mix on low just till combinedPress about 2/3 of the snickerdoodle dough into pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugarPour cheesecake batter on top and smoothBreak up remaining snickerdoodle dough into small clumps and sprinkle over cheesecake layerSprinkle with more cinnamon sugarBake until edges are set and center of cheesecake is sligjtly jiggly, 37 - 40 min.Cool completly. Cut into squares
