Skillet Apples

1/3 cup oleo

1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

1-1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp cinnamon

5 apples peeled/sliced

Melt oleo in skillet.

Stir in cornstarch and sugar.

Add other ingredients.

Cover and cook until tender.
