Quick and Easy Dessert

1 Angel Food Cake
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 can Crushed Pineapple, w/ juice
1 cup Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
6 or 8 Strawberries
Cut cake into 3 layers.
Mix dry pudding with crushed pineapple & vanilla.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Cover 1 layer of cake with 1/3 pineapple mixture.
Put another layer of cake and cover with mixture.
Put the third layer on top and spread remaining mixture.
Decorate the top of the cake with strawberries.
Refrigerate cake.
